The 5-match T20 series against England’s women’s team was 3–2 in India’s favor. Every player contributed to this success of the Indian women’s team. But, they say not as the beginning, as the result. So the Indian team also reached the end because the opening pair of Shefali Verma and Smriti Mandhana made them debut. Both of them together did a 240 -run partnership series.
240 -run partnership between Smriti and Shefali

Smriti Mandhana scored the highest 221 runs with 1 century, while Shefali Verma stood second with 3 half -centuries scoring 176 runs. In bowling, Shricharani took the most 10 wickets. He was adjudged Player of the Series.
