Babur-Rijwan fails, Pakistan’s impaired game (photo: PTI)
Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. Two of the strongest pillars of Pakistan cricket. Two most experienced players. However, both of them were tricked against the West Indies. When Pakistan needed these two most, they gave up arms. As a result, it happened that Pakistan did not just slip to the match. The series also went away. Rizwan was also a captain. But, when the match was lost, he was asked the reason for the defeat. So the raga with the previous match also gave here. He was once again seen bursting on the 5th bowler. In the series Dysider, only one of the West Indies was enough to worse Pakistan’s condition. The name is Jayden Seals.
Jayden seals alone on half of Pakistan’s team!
Zayden Seals cleaned half of Pakistan’s team alone in the match. Apart from this, he also took 10 wickets in the series. West Indies fast bowler was the highest wicket -taking bowler in the ODI series against Pakistan. He was the only bowler who touched the double figure in terms of wickets.
After 15 years, both Pakistan openers made zero
In the series Dysider match played on August 12, Zayden Seals started thinning Pakistan’s condition from the first over. He hunted his star opener Sam Ayub on the third ball of the first over of Pakistan’s innings. After that, on the fourth ball of his next over, he also moved the second opener Abdullah Shafiq. Both these opener could not even open an account, which has been seen in the history of Pakistan’s ODI after 15 years, when both of his openers have been out on zero.
Neither Babur Chale, nor Rizwan… Armaan of Pakistan washed away
After dealing with the openers, Pakistan had expectations from Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. However, the seals also broke that hope of Pakistan on the 5th ball of their second over. This time the batsman was captain Mohammad Rizwan. Like openers, his account in series Desider did not open.
There was a danger of defeat on the head, to avoid which the eyes of the entire Pakistan were now on Babar Azam. Babar Azam opened the account. When he played 20 balls, he started getting more expectations. However, this did not last long. Zayden seals once again came to water the wishes of Pakistan. This time he did this by hunting Babar Azam. After playing 23 balls, Babar Azam’s wicket fell, which was a fourth blow to Pakistan chasing a huge target of 295 runs.
Tremors jerked 10 wickets
Zayden Seals then for two more wickets for Nasim Shah and Hasan Ali. Zayden Seals bowled 7.2 overs in the series Dysider and took 6 wickets for 18 runs. This was the best performance of his career. Apart from this, what he did was the third best performance of any player in ODIs for the West Indies. Talking about the ODI series, with these 6 wickets, Zayden Seals took a total of 10 wickets in 3 matches at an average of 10.
Babur-Rizwan cheated on the spot!
The third and last ODI against the West Indies was more important than the perspective of Pakistan. By winning this series, Pakistan could retain the record of not losing the ODI series against the West Indies that had been running since 1991. In such a situation, being senior, the responsibilities for Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan were big. But like a novice, he succumbed to such an important match and after 34 years, he kept watching the spectacle of Pakistan’s defeat in the ODI series against the West Indies.
