In the Asia Cup 2025, Team India has to play the first match on September 10 and the Indian team is going to reach Dubai 6 days ago. According to reports, Team India will step into Dubai on 4 September and the shocking thing is that all the players are going to reach there separately. Usually all the players of Team India gather in Mumbai and then they leave for the venue, but this time all the players are going to reach Dubai from their respective places at different times. The BCCI has taken this decision keeping in mind the travel facility of logistics and players.

Indian players will reach different Dubai

According to the PTI report, a BCCI official has told that, ‘All the players will reach Dubai by the evening of 4 September and the first net session will be held at the ICC Academy on 5 September. Keeping in mind the logistic facility, the players will be allowed to fly from their respective cities to Dubai. The BCCI rights further said, “Some players will travel from Mumbai, but other players will not be asked to come to Mumbai first and then to Dubai.”

India has elected a 15 -member team for the Asia Cup, which is captained by Suryakumar Yadav. Vice -captain Shubman Gill has got. Apart from them, Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Verma, Hardik Pandya, Shivam Dubey, Akshar Patel, Jitesh Sharma, Jaspreet Bumrah, Varun Chakraborty, Arshdeep Singh, Kuldeep Yadav, Sanju Samson, Harshit Rana, Rinku Singh are also included in the team. Apart from these, Ryan Parag, Dhruv Jurael, Yashasvi Jaiswal, famous Krishna, Washington Sundar have been kept as stand by players. However, these players will not travel Dubai with the team.

Talking about the schedule of India, this team will face UAE on 10 September. After this, there will be a match against Pakistan in Dubai on 14 September. India’s third group match will be against Oman on 19 September.
