Bundelkhand Bulls Women’s Team has made it to the finals of Madhya Pradesh Women’s League 2025. In the match played at Srimanta Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium on Sunday, he defeated Bhopal Wulves Women’s Team by 10 wickets. The match was earlier canceled on June 19 due to rain and it was to be decided as the second finalist.
A five -over match between the two teams was again held. Batting first, Bhopal scored 30 runs at the loss of four wickets. Kanishka Thakur contributed the highest 23 runs for Bhopal in 14 balls.
Bundelkhand made a place in the final
In response to this, Bundelkhand won the match with seven balls remaining thanks to Anushka Sharma’s unbeaten 18 and Ayushi Shukla’s unbeaten 10 runs. With this victory, Bundelkhand finished second in the points table and Chambal Gongs reached the final with the women’s team. Chambal had already made it to the finals with two consecutive wins.
The game stopped due to rain
The first match played between Bundelkhand Bulls and Bhopal Wulws on June 19 made a thrilling start before the game was interrupted due to rain. Bundelkhand Bulls scored 109 runs losing eight wickets in their innings, in which Priyanka Kaushal took four wickets. In response, Bhopal Vulws scored 25 runs after losing one wicket. However, the game had to be stopped due to rain on this score.

This women’s cricket league consisted of three teams as Bundelkhand Bulls, Bhopal Vulws and Chambal Gharial. The aim of the league is to serve as a strong platform to enhance local talent and promote women’s participation in sports across the state. In this league, the final match will now be between Bundelkhand Bulls and Chambal Gharial.
