England’s finest opener Ben Docket has batted amazing in Test cricket for the national team. No matter what the team, Ben Docket has given England a stormy start and has made many records. Now he has confirmed his place in two more list. In the first match of the Test series being played against India, the opener has created history. Since December 2022, Ben Docket has become the highest number of players to score more than 50 runs as an opener. Not only this, he and Jack Croly have done a great feat against India together.

Ben Docket made his Test debut in 2016 for England. He did not start so well, but after performing his strong performance in domestic cricket, he returned to England team on 1 December 2022. After returning to international cricket, Ben Docket has scored the highest score of 50 runs since December 2022 in the Test. He has scored more than 50 times after December 2022.
Not only this, Ben Docket’s name has also been included in the opening of more than 50 runs in the Test against India. He and Jack Croly, together, have shared an opening of more than 50 runs against India six times. He is second in this list. The first position is Sir Alastair Cook and Andrew Strauss, who has shared more than 50 runs in the Test against Team India seven times. On the third position in the list, Graham Gooch and Geoffree Boycott have achieved this feat five times.
The first test is at an exciting turn
In the first Test match being played in Leeds, Team India scored 471 runs losing all wickets in their first innings, in response to which England scored 465 runs. Even in the first innings, Docket contributed 62 runs while batting. After this, Team India was able to score 364 runs in their second innings.
