Team India is now playing the third Test match against England at Lord’s Stadium in London, which starts from July 10. All the fans will expect a tremendous performance in this match from the players of both teams. Team India has reached Lord’s for the third Test. Before the commencement of this match, on one side most of the players of Team India took a day off from the practice session. On the other hand, strong batsman Karun Nair was seen sweating heavily in the nets. Karun Nair has not been able to score a big score for Team India in two Tests yet and that is why he was seen working hard before the third Test.
Karun Nair performs in Test series
After a long time of 7 years, Karun Nair has returned to the India Test team. Fans expected a brilliant game in two Tests before them, but they have not been able to leave their mark yet. Nair could not even open his account in the first innings of the first Test match played between these two teams, while in the second innings he scored just 20 runs. Talking about the second Test, the Indian batsman got the start in the first innings but he was dismissed by 31 runs. He contributed 26 runs in the second innings.
Team India also has Sai Sudarshan who is eagerly waiting for his opportunity. Sudarshan got a chance in the first Test but he too failed to make a big score. He did not even open his account in the first innings, while in the second innings the young player scored 30 runs. Because of his performance, the Indian batsman was not included in the playing XI of the second Test. Karun Nair will also know very well that he has very few opportunities and if the experienced batsman has to keep his place in the Test team, then it is very important to make a big score. For this reason, after reaching London, he decided to practice instead of rest.

In the first Test match played between these two teams, England won by 5 wickets while Team India won the second Test by 336 runs. Talking about the batsmen of Team India, Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rishabh Pant and KL Rahul have still batted. Test captain Shubman Gill scored a double century in the first innings of the second match while he scored a century in the second innings. Yashasvi and Rahul have also played their role well.
