Former Pakistan captain Babar Azam has been out of the team since the T20 World Cup 2024. He was expected to return to the team after a spectacular performance in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025, but was not included in the team for the T20 series against Bangladesh. After this, it was estimated that his career in T20 format was almost, but according to media reports, Babar Azam can still return to the T20 team. For this, they have to play a new role in the team.
