Veteran fast bowler of the Indian team, Jasprit Bumrah, bowled brilliantly in the first innings of the third Test against England and sent 5 England batsmen to the pavilion. Along with this, he also broke the record of former Indian captain Kapil Dev. He completely destroyed England’s batting lineup while bowling brilliantly in the grounds of Lord’s ground. However, Jasprit Bumrah was not seen celebrating much after taking wickets. This was revealed by Bumrah after the end of the second day’s play. He said that he is tired. Now the question arises that why did the last Bumrah say this?

Why did Bumrah say this?

Jasprit Bumrah said in a press conference after the second day of the third Test was over that I did not celebrate because I was tired. I am not 21 or 22 years old that I will continue to jump on the entire ground. I just wanted to go back to my mark and bowl again. In the first innings of Lord’s Test, the Indian fast bowler dismissed veteran batsman Joe Root. Not only this, he also showed Harry Brook, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes and Jofra Archer back to the pavilion.

Great comeback after rest

Bumrah was rested during the second Test match. After this, he has made a comeback in the third Test. He also took five wickets in the first Test match against England. Due to his brilliant bowling in Lord’s ground, England could score 387 runs in their first innings. Joe Root scored 104 runs from the team, while Jamie Smith contributed 51 runs. Bridan Cars scored 56 runs while Oli Pope scored 44 runs. Apart from Bumrah from Team India, Mohammad Siraj and Nitish Kumar Reddy took two wickets each, while Ravindra Jadeja took one wicket.
