KL Rahul has given a big statement after scoring a century in Lord’s Test. Not only this, he also thanked the coach of Formula 1 for helping.
KL Rahul helped F1 coach
We also know Formula-1 race by the name of F1. This game is of speed and the mentality of the players should be very strong to win it. Here coaches give a lot of training to the respective. Rahul also took training from him. The Indian batsman said that in the last one or two years he has worked on some mental exercises. He spent some time with an expert, who helped a lot in improving his reaction time. Due to some mental practice and sports, I got a lot of help in improving my reaction time.
KL Rahul said that he went to Austria and got a chance to work with the coach of Formula 1, who was associated with the top players of this speed.

According to KL Rahul, it is very important to improve the mentality in cricket and that is why he took the help of F1 coach. He said that it is always my endeavor that I can bat for a long time. When I used to play junior cricket too, I used to enjoy batting for hours. All these things have helped me in the last few years. I always want me to perform well continuously and the way in which I have batted in the last few years gives me pleasure.
