At least 19 people lost their lives in a dreadful aircraft accident in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. This fighter plane of Bangladesh Air Force fell directly to a college in Dhaka, in which many students including Pilot were killed. The shocking thing is that there is a famous International Cricket Stadium in Bangladesh, a few kilometers away from the place where this accident happened, where a T20 match was played between Pakistan and Bangladesh a few hours ago.
This tragic accident occurred at the Milestone College in the Uttara campus of Dhaka on Monday 21 July. According to reports, 19 people died in the crash of this fighter plane made by China, while more than 100 people were injured. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the whole of Bangladesh since this accident. This incident also raised hair because there is a Sher-e-Bangla International Cricket Stadium, just a short distance away from the Milestone College.
Accident got so far away from Mirpur Stadium
According to the information, this stadium has been built in Mirpur, just 11 km from the place of accident, where international cricket has been organized for the last several years. On the same ground, the first match of the T20 series was held between Bangladesh and Pakistan on the night of Sunday, 20 July. Not only this, on this ground, on Tuesday 22 July, the two teams are to face again.
Bangladesh-Pakistan decided
Given the speed of fighter jet, the distance of 11 kilometers is not too much. In such a situation, if the jet fell a little more, the stadium could have become a target and the situation of this accident could have been more terrible. However, despite this incident, a second T20 match will be played between Bangladesh and Pakistan on Tuesday.
