Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler and IPL 2025 champion Yash Dayal is once again caught in a serious legal dispute. The Rajasthan High Court has refused to stay his arrest after a minor girl in Jaipur was accused of rape. The Jaipur High Court made it clear that the victim is a minor, so arrest and police action cannot be banned. The court has summoned the case diary in this case and the next hearing was scheduled on 22 August 2025. This case is creating new problems for Yash Dayal, especially when another woman in Ghaziabad also accused him of rape.

RCB player Yash Dayal’s big shock

On July 23, 2025, a 19 -year -old girl registered a rape case against Yash Dayal at Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur. The complainant claims that she is an emerging cricketer and met Yash Dayal in 2023, when she was a 17 -year -old minor, the victim alleged that Yash promised to help her to help her in cricket, and exploited emotionally and physically. The first incident occurred in 2023, when Yash allegedly invited him to a hotel in Sitapura area of Jaipur. The victim says that this series lasted for two years.

During the debate, cricketer’s lawyer Kunal Jamon said that a girl had filed a rape case against us in Ghaziabad. Which was stayed by the Allahabad High Court. But the court clearly said that this matter is related to a minor, so relief cannot be given. Now the next hearing of this case will be on August 22, and till then the case diary will have to be produced in the court.

Case of rape is already registered in Ghaziabad

This is not the first charge of Yash Dayal. Earlier, in July 2025, a woman from Ghaziabad accused Yash of having a false promise of marriage and exploiting physically and emotional exploitation for five years. In this case, Yash filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court, and the court stayed his arrest on 15 July 2025. The court had commented that no person could fool anyone for five years and gave relief to Yash till the next hearing of the case. Yash had claimed in the case that the complainant pressured him to marry and tried to blackmail him. He also alleged that the woman stole her iPhone, laptop and took money in the name of treatment.
