Asia Cup 2025: After several days of waiting and discussions, the entire schedule of Asia Cup 2025 has come out. The Asian Cricket Council announced the entire program of this tournament with 8 teams on Saturday 26 July. The tournament will start from 9 September and the final will be played on 28 September. The entire tournament will be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) hosted by BCCI. Looking at the next year’s T20 World Cup, this time the Asia Cup will be played in T20 format, in which a total of 18 matches will be played, including the final.

This time a total of 8 teams are participating in the tournament and in such a situation they will be divided into 2 groups. Apart from Pakistan, UAE and Oman have also been included in Group A along with Team India. At the same time, Group B consists of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Hong Kong. Each team will hit the remaining three teams of their group once. Then 2-2 teams from each group will go to Super-4 round, where every team will clash with the remaining 3 teams once. The team on top 2 will qualify for the final.

Team India’s schedule in group stage

The tournament will start on 9 September with the competition of Afghanistan and Hong Kong. At the same time, Team India’s campaign will begin on September 10. Team India will face UAE in the group stage. Then Team India will face Pakistan in their next match. The match will be played on 14 September. The Indian team will play their last match in the group stage on 19 September from Oman.
