BCCI bans live streaming practice match : The intra-voice match between Team India and India A is starting from June 13 and the match will be played till 16 June. Team India has to play a 5 -match Test series against England, which starts from June 20. Before this Test series, Team India will be seen playing an intra-voice match against India A. The same question was arising in the minds of all the fans whether this match will also have live streaming or not? This is because India A recently played an informal Test series of two matches against England Lions, which was livestream on Geohatstar. However, now there is a bad news for cricket fans. Cricket fans will not be able to watch this match live on TV.
BCCI took a big decision
BCCI and Indian Team Management have decided that the intra-voice match between India and India A will be kept away from English media and broadcasters. The board does not want people to see the practice of players closely there. BCCI said in its statement, ‘This will be a fully closed intra-voice match. On the last day of this game, the player or support staff member will be fully available for the media questions.
This is not the first time that a team is practicing without media and broadcast. In the same year, in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Team India in Australia did the practice session in closed doors. There were eight players in India A team who played in the second practice match against England Lions and they are also part of the Indian Test team. One of these players was KL Rahul who scored a century in the second informal Test against England Lions. Apart from this, Karun Nair, Shardul Thakur, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Dhruv Jurail, Abhimanyu Ishwar and Akash also participated in this test.
Team India is practicing fiercely
