To strengthen India’s fast bowling, the BCCI has now decided to start a new program once again. According to reports, a program will be run at the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bangalore in which 7 players have been asked to attend. Under this program, training will be done on training sessions and bowling of these players. Jaspreet Bumrah’s fitness, Mohammad Siraj’s workload and Mohammed Shami’s absence have now forced the BCCI to make a new plan.

Which 7 players got invited from BCCI

According to the report published in the Times of India, the BCCI is going to run this program for 2 weeks in which it will try to take the fast bowlers to the next level. According to the reports, these 7 bowlers include Khalil Ahmed, Tushar Deshpande, Vijaykumar Vaisak, Raj Angad Bawa, Yudhveer Singh, Yash Thakur and Anshul Kamboj. Anshul Kamboj made his debut in Manchester but was criticized a lot as his speed was 130 km. It was less than per hour. However, it was being told that Anshul Kamboj’s fitness probably had any problem, due to which his speed was so low. By the way, this player is considered quite talented, he has also done the feat of taking 10 wickets in an innings in the Ranji Trophy match.

Bumrah’s fitness opened eyes

Team India Management has faced a lot of problems on the tour of England as Jasprit Bumrah is not available to play every match and now she is looking for their option. Let us know that in February 2024, the BCCI launched a special contract system for fast bowlers. These contracts were received by 6 fast bowlers which included Mayank Yadav, Umran Malik, Yash Dayal, Akash Deep, Vijay Kumar Vaisak, Scholarship Covered. Apart from Akash Deep, other bowlers are either struggling with injury or they are caught in some controversy. The bowler who gets caught in the controversy is Yash Dayal who has not been invited by BCCI this time.
