The Indian team’s veteran all -rounder Deepti Sharma has bowled strongly in the T20 series against England and has troubled the batsmen of the opposing team. Deepti Sharma has taken six wickets in three T20 matches at an average of 14.83. Due to his bowling, now the Indian player has made a long jump in the ICC T20 bowling rankings. Deepti has finished second by beating Australia’s Annabel Sutherland.

Deepti Sharma has finished second in the ICC T20 bowling rankings. Pakistan’s Sadiya Iqbal is on the top of this list. Talking about Deepti, now he has only 8 rating points less than Sadia. Deepti Sharma has bowled well in the T20 series against England so far and will be expected to perform well in the remaining two matches.
Apart from Deepti Sharma, her team’s partner Arundhati Reddy has jumped 11 places and she has reached 43rd position in the T20 bowling rankings. The ranking of England bowlers has also improved. Lauren filler has reached 68th position from the team while Isi Wong is in 57th position. Talking about T20 batting rankings, Jemima Rodrigues had scored a half -century in the second T20 played in Bristol and she has reached 12th position. England opener Sophia Dunkley has been ranked 26th while Daniel Watt-Hose has secured 14th position.

Team India is ahead 2–1 in the T20 series against England. India won the first match between the two teams, while the Indian team won the second match as well. In the third T20, England made a comeback and won the match. Now the fourth T20 between these two teams will be played on 9 July at Old Trafford, Manchester. Both teams will take on the field with the intention of winning this match.
