Former player Irfan Pathan has fiercely supported Team India’s head coach after Gautam Gambhir’s fight with Cannington Oval’s pitch curator Lee Fortis before the fifth Test match between India and England. Actually, Gautam Gambhir had an argument with the pitch curator, whose video also went viral on social media. Irfan Pathan has said a lot about this. He believes that the English people still consider Indians as their slave and that is why they can do whatever they want.

This was the whole matter

According to the report, Lee was not happy that Gautam Gambhir and the rest of the team’s players are trying to understand the pitch from quite close. He spoke to Gautam Gambhir about this thing which did not like the head coach of the Indian team. After a little normal talk, Gautam got serious angry and he told Lee that he cannot tell what the team and they should do and what not.

Some pictures of Lee are becoming even more viral in which he is seen talking on the pitch with Brandon McCullum. Both are seen in a lot of fun mood and when McCullum was watching the pitch, Fortis did not stop them from doing so. This is the reason why former player Irfan Pathan did not like the movement of the pitch curator and he tweeted on his official social media account, ‘So an English coach can go to the pitch and see it but not an Indian coach. Are we still in the earlier era of independence? ‘ According to Irfan, before India’s independence, the British used to suppress Indian people and considered them their slaves, something was seen before the fifth Test.

It is necessary for India to win the last Test

It is very important for the Indian team to win the last Test. Actually England is ahead 2–1 in this series. The fourth Test match was played between these two teams in Manchester which was a draw. Now if Team India has to match this series, then it is very important to win the fifth and last Test. Team India will try his best to name this match.
