Now MCA has given its verdict.

Yashasvi Jaiswal has taken a big decision regarding his future in domestic cricket. Jaiswal, who planned to play for Goa in April, changed his opinion and requested the MCA to withdraw NOC in May. Which MCA has accepted. That is, he will now be seen representing Mumbai in 2025-26 domestic season. Let me tell you, Jaiswal was likely to get the responsibility of captaincy in Goa. Family reasons were told behind his move. However, in May, Jaiswal wrote an email to MCA and asked for Mumbai to play.
The MCA said in a statement, “The Top Council has approved the withdrawal of the No Objection Certificate (NOC), which Yashasvi Jaiswal had sought to represent the first state. He will be available for Mumbai. At the same time, the president of the association Ajinkya Naik said, ‘Yashasvi has always been a glorious player of Mumbai cricket. We have accepted the NOC application for his return and he will be available for Mumbai in the upcoming domestic season.
Jaiswal’s performance for Mumbai
Yashasvi Jaiswal has played 10 Ranji Trophy matches for Mumbai, scoring 863 runs at an average of 53.93. During this time, he has also scored four centuries. In List A Cricket, he has scored 1296 runs in 25 innings at an average of 58, with five centuries in his name. At the same time, in T20, he has scored 648 runs in 26 innings for Mumbai.
