Former Team India cricketer Harbhajan Singh Has uploaded a video on X. In this, a family affected by the flood is drinking tea to the volunteers by taking relief material. Even after losing everything, Harbhajan Singh has become emotional after seeing the big heart of this family.
He wrote on X, “When Volunteers went to deliver relief materials, the flood -affected family made tea despite losing almost everything and drinking to volunteers. This is the spirit of Punjab. Earlier, Team India’s Test captain Shubman Gill expressed grief over the devastation caused by the floods caused by continuous rains in Punjab.

2.56 lakhs have been affected by floods
Punjab Minister S. According to Hardeep Singh Mundian, the flood has affected more than 2.56 lakh people in about 12 districts. This has caused a lot of damage. During this time, the state government has set up 129 relief camps. 7,144 people are living in it. Maximum 3,987 people are living in Ferozepur.
This is followed by Fazilka (1,201), Hoshiarpur (478), Pathankot (411) and Gurdaspur (424). So far, a total of 1,044 villages have been affected, the maximum 321 villages in Gurdaspur, followed by Kapurthala (115), Hoshiarpur (94), Amritsar (88) and Pathankot (82). Gurdaspur is the most affected district. Where about 1.45 lakh people have been affected. Other seriously affected districts include Amritsar (35000), Ferozepur (24015) and Fazilka (21562). To assist in relief and rescue operations, the government has deployed several agencies.
