BCCI stood against the league of 34 thousand crore rupees, this big fear is persecuting : Mohammed Siraj expensive spell vs England

Mohammed Siraj expensive spell vs England : Saudi Arabia is working on starting a new league in the world of cricket. A Global T20 League is being planned by the SRJ Sports Investments Company working under Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. It will have a total of eight teams, which will play tournaments in four different countries in a year. But this plan of Saudi Arabia has suffered a major setback. The BCCI and England and Wales Cricket Board are seen in the new league.

BCCI threatens this new league

According to the report of the British newspaper The Guardian, Saudi Arabia’s T20 League, which is considered a project of $ 400 million (34 thousand crore rupees), will not get the support of BCCI and England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Both boards are trying to save their respective tournaments from weakening. According to the report, in the discussions during the World Test Championship final at Lord’s this month, ECB and BCCI showed solidarity to oppose the new league. Both the boards agreed that they would not give ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) to their players to join this new league, as well as ask the ICC not to support it.

However, Cricket Australia (CA) is considered to be keen to partner in this league with Saudi investors. The important objective for CA is to make a profit from cash inflow coming from private investors, as the Big Bash League (BBL) franchise is in the governing body and the states. On the other hand, the IPL is a $ 12 billion league, and ECB is scheduled to get 520 million pounds ($ 700 million) from the sale of 49% of the ‘Hundred’ franchise. According to the report, three years ago, Cricket South Africa had raised more than 100 million pounds ($ 136 million) by selling franchisees in the SA20 competition, in which the IPL owners took part.

Indian players play only in IPL

Let me tell you, active players of India do not play in any other league other than IPL. BCCI does not allow its players to play in the foreign league, which starts the new league, then you will be seen once again. At the same time, ICC does not approve, then Saudi Arabia can get it done as an informal tournament.
