Former captain of the Indian cricket team and star player of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) MS Dhoni is spending time in his hometown Ranchi with his family these days. On Saturday, Dhoni along with his wife Sakshi and daughter Jeeva reached the Maa Deodi temple near Ranchi, where he worshiped and took the blessings of Mata Rani. During this time, a huge crowd of fans gathered in the temple premises, who were excited to get a glimpse of him.
Worship in temple with family
Dhoni is spending time with his family after the disappointing season of IPL 2025, he also retained his faith this time. Maa Deori Temple, which is located in Deodi village of Tamar area, about 60 km from Ranchi, holds special significance for Dhoni. He saw the statue of Maa Deodi, a 700 -year -old 16 -year -old in the temple, with the family. Dhoni, Sakshi and Jeeva took part in the puja and the three prayed with folded hands to the mother.
His fans reached there as the news of Dhoni reached the temple. The crowd of fans in the temple premises looked quite excited to get a glimpse of them.
