RCB celebration tragedy : The Karnataka government faces the question of the High Court in the Bangalore post. During the hearing on Tuesday, a bench of two judges asked the state lawyer multiple questions. However, the High Court has given relief to the RCB and broadcasting agency DNA network.
The Karnataka High Court took the self -motivated action on the death of five people in Bengaluru. The hearing began on Tuesday, on the bench of effective chief justice V Kamleshwar Rao and Justice CM Joshi. During the hearing, two judges asked the Karnataka government. The Karnataka High Court has called for details on whether all the protection was complied with for a huge program like the IPL winning celebrity.
The Siddaramaiya government has also been questioned about crowd control, announcement of victory procession and allowing permission. The Karnataka government said that the commission has already been formed to investigate the incident. The Commission will submit the report within a month. However, the court has sought the status report of the investigation. The Karnataka government will submit a report on the face envelope on June 12. The RCB and the broadcasting agency DNA network were also discharged from the case. The court did not give any instructions against them at present.
Accordingly, on Wednesday, five people died outside the stadium during the RCB celebrity in Bengaluru.
