The dreadful accident in the celebration of Royal Challengers Bangalore’s IPL victory has shook the entire country. There was a stampede at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on the evening of June 4, in which 11 innocent fans lost their lives, while about 50 were injured. This incident shook everyone and questions are arising as to why proper arrangements were not made for such a big program. In this case, there is now a demand to push a case of 100 crores. This demand has been demanded by Madan Lal, former legendary player of India’s World Champion team, who also said that people will not forget Kohli after this incident.
Royal Challengers Bangalore won the tournament for the first time by defeating Punjab Kings in the final of IPL 2025. Since this victory, there was an atmosphere of celebration in the whole of Bengaluru. In different parts of Bengaluru overnight, fans fiercely celebrated this victory as a celebration. The celebrations continued the next day when the team reached Bangalore from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. But when celebrations were going on inside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in the evening, there was a stampede in a crowd of thousands outside the stadium, in which 11 fans died and 47 were injured.
100 crore case on RCB
This incident shook the entire country and put this entire program in the circle of questions. Even all the players of Bengaluru, including Virat Kohli, are being heard fiercely. In this case, former veteran all -rounder Madan Lal also got angry. He said, “People will never forget this incident, not even Kohli. When people were dying outside, then there was a celebration inside. It is very shocking and heartbreaking.”
He also demanded to dominate 100 crores. Madan Lal wrapped the RCB, Karnataka government and BCCI, saying, “The families of the deceased should file a case of 100 crores on RCB and Karnataka government for this tragic accident. BCCI is also running away from its responsibility.”
Announcement of compensation for dead
So far 11 people have died in this accident. Compensation has been announced by the state government and RCB for the family of the deceased. The Karnataka government has announced to give Rs 10 lakh to all 11 families. At the same time, RCB has also announced to give 10-10 lakh families to the families of the dead. Apart from this, the French has also announced to make a fund called ‘RCB Cares’, through which the injured will be helped.
