There was a shortage of money but Rinku succeeded with the support of coach Masood Amin. He was elected to the UP team for the first time in 2012. During this time Rinku used to practice fourteen hours a day. Once, due to the crisis of money and not successful, Rinku’s brother took him out in search of a job. Where he went, Rinku got the job of sweeping. He wanted a job but he was not ready to become a sweeper.

In the early days of playing cricket, he spent many years in a 2 -room quarter near Aligarh Stadium. Rinku also got this place from those who got jobs to his father. Rinku Singh got the fruits of his hard work and included him in his squad in the IPL mega auction in the Kolkata Knight Riders team where he got only 55 lakh rupees in the first few seasons but then Kolkata retained him for Rs 13 crore before the 2022 mega auction. Meanwhile, after a strong performance in the IPL, he has also made his international debut on behalf of Team India and has impressed a lot in T20 format.
