Pant not only brought India to a strong position by scoring a century, but also made many records in his career. This is the seventh century of his Test career, while he has scored a fourth Test century against England.

This century innings of Pant has jointly brought him to third place in the list of wicketkeeper batsmen who scored the most Test century on foreign soil. He took 146 balls to reach a century, including 10 fours and 4 sixes.

Apart from these, no Indian wicketkeeper can score more than 3 centuries in Tests. The special thing is that Pant has played 44 Test matches for India so far and he has left behind all Indian wicketkeepers.
