Apart from Rohit Sharma, Test team captain Shubman Gill, star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah and many other players reached BCCI’s Center of Excellence in Bengaluru for their fitness test. All the players were tested here for two days on Saturday and Sunday. BCCI recently included the Yo-Yo test as well as the Bronco Test to check the fitness of the players. At the moment it is not clear whether the Bronco Test of these players took place or not, but according to the reports, the yo-yo test of all the players was definitely done.

Rohit proved his fitness

According to a report by Revspports, Sunday 31 August was the second day of the fitness test and all the players had a yo-yo test, including ODI captain Rohit Sharma. Most of the eyes were on Rohit because he was away from any kind of cricket action for about 3 months after the IPL 2025 was over. But the reports claimed that the star batsman passed the fitness test without any hassle. Not only this, after the completion of the test, Rohit Sharma returned to Mumbai and ‘Hitman’ looked quite fit in his videos.

Famous Krishna impressed

Not only Rohit, but also the fast bowler, who performed effective on England tour, also took part in the fitness test. According to the report, long height Indian pace impressed during the Test and scored a good score. However, how much his score was, it has not been revealed at the moment. Apart from these, Shubman Gill, Jaspreet Bumrah and other players also participated in the fitness test and passed it. Both these players are part of the Asia Cup team.
