Agarkar emphasized the selection of youth for better performance of Team India in Test cricket. Because of this, Sarfaraz Khan got the cap of the Test. Apart from this, Nitish Reddy was also included in the Test team, who went to Australia and scored a century. Karun Nair was also included in the team after 8 years.
