A shocking case related to the cricket world has come up, which has surprised everyone. A coach was facing serious allegations of sexual harassment, due to which a big action has also been taken against him. The coach is accused of sexual misconduct with two junior female colleagues, which has also been accepted by the coach, due to which he has been suspended by the International Cricket Discipline Penal.
Coach implicated on charges of sexual harassment
A former county cricket coach has been suspended from cricket for nine months on allegations of sexual misconduct. The International Cricket Discipline Penal pronounced the verdict when the coach accepted the five violations of the professional conduct rules for the incidents in 2023 and 2024. These include sending pornographic photos to two junior female colleagues and trying to kiss a woman in a club changing room.
Coach’s name did not come up
International Cricket Discipline Penal decided not to make the name of the coach public, as the ‘special circumstances’ related to his health and the name of ‘serious damage’ was stated to be revealed. The coach has already been fired due to his behavior and he has not been working in cricket since then. During the period of suspension, six months will be counted from the time when they were accused, and the remaining three months will be suspended for 12 months.
