The Award for the Super Striker of the season is given to the batsman every year, who runs the highest strike rate throughout the tournament. Vaibhav was given a trophy and a Tata Carve car reward for this achievement. This honor is a big achievement for him, especially when he is just 14 years old and this was his first IPL season. But he cannot use the car received by Vaibhav in reward yet due to his age.
Car reward and obstruction of rules
Vaibhav was given the Tata Carve car reward as the Super Striker of the season. But due to the age of 14, he cannot drive this car himself. The minimum age for driving license under the Motor Vehicle Act 1988 in India is 18 years. At the age of 16, you can get a license for a scooter of up to 50 cc, but it is mandatory to be 18 years old to drive a car. If Vaibhav or any minor is caught driving a car without a license, they may be fined, as well as the vehicle owner or guardian.
