Jammu and Kashmir fast bowler Aqib Nabi has now shown his strength in the Dalip Trophy after the Ranji Trophy. The right -handed fast bowler took 5 wickets for just 28 runs against the East Zone. The big thing is that Aqib Nabi shocked 4 out of 5 wickets in four consecutive balls. Aqib Nabi completed double hat -trick with four consecutive wickets and became the first player to do this feat in the history of the Dalip Trophy.

Aaqib Nabi did a lot of hat -trick in the 53rd over. He first dismissed Virat Singh on the fourth ball of his over, who was holding a half -century. After this, he took Manishi’s wicket. He completed his hat -trick by dismissing Mukhtar Hussain on the last ball. Aqib Nabi also dismissed Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal on the first ball of the next over and thus her double hat -trick was completed. Let me tell you that three consecutive wickets are called hat -trick and four consecutive wickets are called double hat -trick. Due to this havoc of Aqib Nabi, the last five wickets of East Zone fell for just 8 runs. When the team’s score was 222, when Virat Singh was out, after this the entire team was reduced to 230 runs. Apart from Aqib Nabi, Harshit Rana got 2 and Arshdeep Singh got a success.

Aqib Nabi is the first player to take four consecutive wickets in the Duleep Trophy. Indian First Class cricket has been amazing to take four wickets in four consecutive balls in history. First of all, Delhi bowler Shankar Saini did this wonders against Himachal in 1988. After this, in 2018, Mohammad Mudhasir of Jammu and Kashmir and Kulwant Khejrolia of Madhya Pradesh have done this feat.
