The Indian women’s cricket team is currently on a tour of England. He has so far played three T20 matches against hosts England. In the midst of this T20 series, the Indian women’s team was given a grand welcome at the India House by the High Commission of India in England. All the players and support staff along with Amul Majumdar, the head coach of the Indian women’s team, attended this magnificent event. In this event, Indian women cricketers also praised India’s High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami.

During this event, Indian player Jemima Rodrigues also sang the song ‘Ye Dosti’ from Bollywood’s famous movie ‘Sholay’. Not only this, all the players of Team India also participated in a session with Sujit Ghosh, Deputy Commissioner of India in Britain. All the players looked quite happy. Meanwhile, Smriti Mandhana, vice -captain of the Indian women’s cricket team, said, ‘There are two more matches that are going to be in Manchester and Birmingham. We want all of you support us like this.

Amul Mazumdar, the head coach of the Indian women’s cricket team, was also very happy with this reception and said, ‘I would like to say on behalf of my team that we are playing cricket of such brands that will give all the people entertainment.’ Team India has so far played three T20 matches against the England women’s team. The Indian women’s cricket team is ahead 2–1 in this T20 series. Now the fourth T20 match between these two teams will be held on 9 July at the Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester. Not only this, the fifth and last T20 match will be played on 12 July at Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham.
