Different T20 leagues are also being played loudly worldwide amidst the thrill of international cricket. Apart from active cricketers, leagues of retired players are also being organized and one such league is being played in England, which has provoked Indian cricket fans. This league is the World Championship of Legends, whose second season is being held. In this league itself, the fans have been badly provoked when the Indian team played with Pakistan.
The second season of the World Championship of Legends began on 18 July. In this league, apart from India, Pakistan, former players from England, West Indies, South Africa and Australia have also come down to play. Earlier in 2024 also this league was held in England, in which India defeated Pakistan under the captaincy of Yuvraj Singh and won the title.
India-Pakistan match after Operation Sindoor
In the last season, there was no hi-tauba on playing together for India and Pakistan, but this time Indian fans are raging badly after playing the match of Yuvraj Singh’s Indian team with Pakistan. In fact, the biggest reason for this is the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April and then the military struggle between India and Pakistan from 7 to 10 May.
26 tourists were killed by Pakistan -backed terrorists in Pahalgam. After this, India launched Operation Sindoor on 7 May, after which Pakistan attacked India and then the Indian forces destroyed many of its military bases after demolishing the Pakistani attack.
But this was the same time when many former and current Pakistani cricketers including Shahid Afridi were spewing poison on social media against India. Especially Afridi was starting to remove the Victory Parade and was speaking to Prime Minister Narendra Modi till the abusive word. During this time, Shikhar Dhawan responded to Afridi on social media and demonstrated patriotism.

But just 2 months after Operation Sindoor, Shikhar Dhawan is going to play the match on the same ground with the same Shahid Afridi. Not only Dhawan, but many well-known Indian players, including Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, are part of this tournament and will play with Pakistani players like Afridi, Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik. Only Indian fans are angry about this and are questioning these star players as to where their patriotism has now gone?
