According to Revsportz, on September 6, the players of Team India in Dubai Bronco Test Happened. Earlier this test was to be held in the Coe with the Yo-Yo test, but for some reason could not be done there. According to reports, many players including Team India fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah, Varun Chakraborty, Rinku Singh, Arshdeep Singh were seen giving bronze tests at the ICC Academy of Dubai. What is Bronco Test?
According to reports, the Bronco Test was suggested by Strength and Conditioning Coach Adrian Lee Rocks. Head coach Gautam Gambhir Had agreed to this. Its purpose is to make the fitness of players better. In this test, a player will have to start with a 20 meter shuttle race.
This will be followed by 40 meters and 60 meters race. A set has been made by mixing them all. A cricketer is expected to have five such sets (1200 meters) without stopping. During this time, players have to complete this test inside 6 minutes.
