Indian cricketer Yash Dayal seems to be getting caught in a lot of trouble. He has been booked under Section 69 of the Indian Code of Justice. This section of IPC is non-bailable. Under this, Yash Dayal can also be jailed for 10 years. Sources associated with the police said that the victim girl has accused Yash Dayal of financial, mental and physical abuse by pretending to be married. The victim also told the police that Yash Dayal also made physical relations with her in the name of marriage. According to sources, the victim girl has also offered evidence like screenshot, video calls and photos of WhatsApp chat, which the police are investigating.

Yash Dayal may get jail

The police have not started investigating the victim’s allegations at Yash Dayal at present. The police action will start only after the victim’s medical test and the magistrate legally recorded in front of her statement. Yash Dayal may also be arrested under police action. In the investigation, if the allegations against Yash Dayal are proved correct and they are found guilty, then they can be jailed for 10 years.

The victim girl is said to be a resident of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. She filed a case against Yash Dayal in the police and told that she was in a relationship with the cricketer for the last 5 years. According to sources, the victim has also claimed that Yash Dayal’s family has also assured her to marry. His Yash used to come and go to Dayal’s house. However, so far neither Yash Dayal nor his family has come out any statement in this matter. Even there is no response on social media.

The victim girl had earlier called a women’s helpline number 181 on 14 June to call a complaint against Yash Dayal. But seeing no hearing there, he had complained on the CM helpline number on 21 June.
